11:30-13:00 Flowing Movements – all levels

The workshop focuses on care and detail in executing movements around the pole. We will explore changes in weight, direction and speed making them soft and graceful creating an elegant and hypnotic sequence.

It is recommended to bring knee pads, socks, leggings and a t-shirt.

The workshop is open to all levels.

14:30-16:00 Acro Flow – all levels

This workshop is open to all levels and we will study acrobatic movements on the ground and combine them with fluid transitions to make the combination linear and continuous.

Variations will be provided if necessary.

16:15-17:45 Acro Pole Tricks – ab Intermediate 1-2

In this workshop we will study the technique of acrobatic pole elements. The focus will be on wheels, handstands, inversions and flips, we will study the technique of each movement and connect them together in a small sequence.

Eine Stornierung ist generell ausgeschlossen. Solltet ihr jedoch kurzfristig nicht teilnehmen können, bis 24 Stunden vorher bei eversports stornieren und einen Ersatzteilnehmer (im passenden Level) finden, können wir das Ticket übertragen (alle Daten des Ersatzteilnehmers sind nötig – voller Name, Handy-Nummer, Mailadresse.)
