Dann nutze deine Chance 🙂 Wir freuen uns sehr, dir am Samstag 1.11.25 und Sonntag 2.11.25 die Möglichkeit zu geben, bei Vertical Ballerina in München Workshops bei Dan Aerial (Daniel Sotillo) zu buchen 🙂

Er wird gleich drei tolle Workshops für verschiedene Levels geben.

Samstag 1.11.25 14:00-15:30 Circular Movement – all levels

This is absolutely dance ON and with the pole. Low flow movement that combines static rotations with floor based transitions in one phrase. Always looking for the feeling of being floating in circles

The workshop is open to all levels.

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂

Samstag 1.11.25 15:45-17:15 Signature Tricks – ab Intermediate

Dani´s signature tricks and famous combinations on spinning an static pole as seen in his routines on stage.

Level: intermediate / advanced

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂

Sonntag 2.11.25 15:00-16:30 Fijatoria – all levels

Rotations on a static pole – this is the style of pole, where Dani is a master. Learn how to rotate each move from scratch to create your own Fijatoria`s combinations, just like a puzzle. Once you do this, your static pole will never be the same…

The workshop is open to all levels.

Flowing Movements – all levels

The “flowing movement workshop” focuses on care and detail in executing movements around the pole. We will explore changes in weight, direction and speed making them soft and graceful creating an elegant and hypnotic sequence.

It is recommended to bring knee pads, socks, leggings and a t-shirt.

The workshop is open to all levels.

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂

Acro Flow – all levels

This workshop is open to all levels and we will study acrobatic movements on the ground and combine them with fluid transitions to make the combination linear and continuous.

Variations will be provided if necessary.

Samstag 12.7.25 16:15-17:45 Uhr

Acro Pole Tricks – ab Intermediate 1-2

In this workshop we will study the technique of acrobatic pole elements. The focus will be on wheels, handstands, inversions and flips, we will study the technique of each movement and connect them together in a small sequence.

Level: intermediate

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂
