31.01.26 18:00-19:30 Uhr Dynamic Pole Tricks – intermediate/advanced

Learn dynamic combos and transitions on the static pole with different components: regrips, drops, flips, fonjis and variations. Also some power spins on the static pole will be part of this workshop 🙂

Try to do any variations and to continue the combo you’ve learnt to create your own interesting transition!

Workshop length: 90 min

Level: upper intermediate / advanced

necessary skills: handsprings with different grips, shoulder mounts, phoenix spins, handstands with different grips, etc.

01.02.26 14:15-15:45 Intro in Pole Sports – higher Beginner/Intermediate

In this workshop you will learn static pole tricks and transitions. Olena also prepares you for deadlifts and power moves and teaches easy versions of flips, drops and regrips. Olena can show you harder or easier variations if necessary.

Try to do any variations and to continue the combo you’ve learnt to create your own interesting transition!

Workshop length: 90 min

Level: Beginner / intermediate

necessary skills: basic inverts, leg hangs, basic spins, basic handstands

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂

27.9.25 15:00-16:30 Dancing Acrobatics – minimum higher Beginner

Learn basic acrobatic moves, different acrobatic and dancing moves on the floor. Combine the moves you’ve learnt in a sequence and create your own low flow choreo.

Workshop length: 90 min

Level: minimum higher Beginner

Recommended: knee pads, socks, outfit which covers the body

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂
