09.05.26 13:00-14:30 Uhr Flowing Movements – all levels

The workshop focuses on care and detail in executing movements around the pole. We will explore changes in weight, direction and speed making them soft and graceful creating an elegant and hypnotic sequence.

It is recommended to bring knee pads, socks, leggings and a t-shirt.

The workshop is open to all levels.

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂

09.05.26 14:45-16:15 Acro Pole Tricks – ab Beg 3

In this workshop we will study the technique of acrobatic pole elements. The focus will be on wheels, handstands, inversions and flips, we will study the technique of each movement and connect them together in a small sequence.

Level: higher beginner / intermediate

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂

09.05.26 16:30-18:00 Air & Ground Rotation – ab Intermediate 2

In this workshop, we’ll work from the air all the way to the ground. We’ll combine aerial rotational elements with acrobatic elements and fluid ground movements with a static pole.

Level: intermediate / advanced

You will have your own pole during the whole workshop 🙂

Eine Stornierung ist generell ausgeschlossen.
